Kittiwake Cottage is situated at the top of the village close to the tennis courts and a short stroll to all the amenities. All the accommodation is on the ground floor so making access to all rooms easy for young children or the elderly.

Ground Floor
Living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with in-bath shower, toilet and wash basin. Bedroom one with double bed. Bedroom two with full size bunk beds.
Exterior
The lawned garden is accessed from the kitchen and ideal for barbecues or sunbathing.
Pets are welcome for a small additional charge.
Cottage Facilities
Superb kitchen including a dishwasher, whilst a washer/dryer and full central heating and a well designed bathroom ensures you want for nothing.
Bed linen (duvets) and fluffy towels will be waiting for you, with monogrammed bathrobes available on request.
Cots and highchairs can be provided. DVD player, TV and an ample stock of films supply the entertainment should you want to snuggle down for the evening. There are no hidden charges - electricity and gas are included in our rental prices. Please note as of 2010 all cottages are non-smoking.
