Single storey cottage standing on the headland where reputedly the mariners’ houses stood when Lydstep limestone was shipped to Devon and Cornwall. With the tennis courts just behind and the indoor pool and spa just a minute’s stroll away this is an ideal place to relax. The versatile bedroom arrangement is ideal if you have a young family or are bringing friends along.
Living/dining room patio doors to garden. Kitchen. Bedroom one family bedroom with a double and a single bed. Bedroom two with full size bunk beds. Bathroom with in-bath shower, toilet and wash basin.
Sunny lawned garden.
Pets are welcome for a small additional charge.

Superb kitchen including a dishwasher, whilst a washer/dryer and full central heating and a well designed bathroom ensures you want for nothing.
Bed linen (duvets) and fluffy towels will be waiting for you, with monogrammed bathrobes available on request.
