An immaculate refurbished 3 bedroom detached house retaining many original features located in the heart of Saundersfoot village close to the beach and with parking. The house benefits from gas central heating and double glazing.
Lounge, dining room, kitchen and toilet.
One double and two twin bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin, bath with overhead shower.
Outside the property there is a concrete path running right round as well as sitting out areas and parking.
Pets are welcome for a small additional charge.

Superb kitchen including a dishwasher, whilst a washer/dryer and full central heating and a well designed bathroom ensures you want for nothing.
Bed linen (duvets) and fluffy towels will be waiting for you, with monogrammed bathrobes available on request.
Cots , highchairs and stairgates can be provided.
DVD player, TV and an ample stock of films supply the entertainment should you want to snuggle down for the evening.
There are no hidden charges - electricity and gas are included in our rental prices.
