Waves seafood platter of smoked salmon, gravadlax, Welsh baby prawns and smooth trout mousse
Oven baked goat’s cheese topped with caramelised red onions, served with winter leaves and garlic bread (V)
Home-made roasted winter vegetable soup with warm, crusty bread (V)
Sautéed mushrooms and Welsh mussels in a brandy and herb cream sauce

Merry Mains
Juicy Welsh turkey with goose-fat roasties and all the trimmings
Half a pheasant served in a sweet port wine and redcurrant sauce
Succulent chicken supreme wrapped in Parma ham with a rich tomato and basil sauce
Roast loin of pork served with crispy crackling and a rosemary and sage gravy
Pan-fried supreme of Scottish salmon with a creamy herb and white wine sauce
Festive nut roast with all the trimmings (V)
Mediterranean vegetable lasagne with garlic bread and seasonal salad (V)

All produce is locally sourced and freshly prepared for each reservation.
