The countdown is already on to the lovely, long two-week break over the Easter holidays - a perfect time to enjoy a family break right here in pretty Pembrokeshire. With a choice of stunning beaches and fun family attractions, Pembrokeshire continues to prove an extremely popular Easter break destination in Wales, year after year.
Here at Celtic Haven Resort, our self-catering cottages near Tenby are perfect for bringing the whole family together for an 'eggcellent' Easter break in Pembrokeshire... and you can even bring the dog as most of our cottages are dog friendly and many have their own private garden.
We have 30 pretty, whitewashed holidays cottages and a range of fantastic sport and leisure facilities for all ages so you don't even need to leave Celtic Haven if you don't feel the need to.
Our self-catering accommodation ranges in size from cosy cottages for two right up to the beautiful old Manor House sleeping 12 people, so this means we can accommodate families and groups both large and small.
Each cottage is furnished to a high standard and fully equipped with everything you need for a 'home from home' Easter break here on the Welsh cliff tops. All you have to do is arrive, relax and enjoy your Easter break in Tenby...
As our guest you enjoy complimentary use of our on-site sport and leisure facilities throughout your stay, including our heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness suite, headland golf course (with amazing views!), putting green, tennis courts, table tennis, children's adventure playground and even more. The family certainly won't be stuck for things to do!
You'll also find Waves cliff-top restaurant right on site and our Elemis Premier Spa is just paces from your cottage, offering a perfect opportunity for a little 'relaxation heaven'... and perhaps a quiet break from the little ones while they enjoy their Easter holidays to the max!
From Celtic Haven you can enjoy breath-taking views across the headland towards Caldey Island and you can even catch a boat over to Caldey - an idyllic haven of tranquillity where you can spend the day exploring the island and discovering delicious hand-made chocolate, made right there on the island by the resident Cistercian monks.
If you're after fun for all ages then we suggest you head over to nearby Heatherton World of Activities where you'll find bumper boats, go carts, 'walk on water', paint balling, a driving range and the adrenaline-pumping 'Tree Tops Trail' - and that's just the start! Heatherton is also dog friendly which is great if you're bringing your dog to stay at Celtic Haven. If the kids are interested animals then nearby Folly Farm and Manor House Wildlife Park are also a must visit.
If you'd like to make the most of our fabulous coastline (we certainly recommend it) then the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park website tells you about all the beautiful coastal walks and award-winning beaches in the county, including nearby Skrinkle, Manorbier and the Lydstep headland where the coast path runs right past the cottages.
You certainly won't be disappointed and, with 186 miles of the breath-taking Pembrokeshire Coast Path to explore, you'd better pack your walking boots!
