Ladies First Health & Beauty Show
Our Spa had a very successful day at the Ladies First Health & Beauty Show in Cardiff on April 26th.
There were dozens of exhibitors ranging from those who sold health care products, to leisure clubs, spas and make-up and hair establishments. Most of the exhibitors were from the Cardiff/Bridgend area and we were pleased to represent Pembrokeshire. Celtic Haven and Pembrokeshire is a perfect destination for Cardiff residents as we are only a 2-hour drive away.
Our stand looked gorgeous – if we do say so ourselves!! We had hundreds of enquiries about the Spa and our luxury accommodation.
We had a prize draw for an overnight spa break for 2 and are happy to announce the winner.
Congratulations to Amanda Britten of Barry who will enjoy an over-night stay in one of our luxury cottages, use of our 5 star facilities and fabulous spa treatments for herself and a companion between now and the end of the year.

Our Breeze Into Summer treatments are designed to do exactly that.” Breeze Into Summer treatments include a Thalgo Body Contouring Wrap, which helps enhance the silhouette and tighten and tone problem areas, and the Elemis Exotic Lime & Ginger Salt Glow, an exfoliation treatment which leaves your skin glowing and vibrant. Partner Therapist Bianca Smith commented “It is important to protect your face from the harsh rays of the sun and, of course, sun protection should always be worn. However, facials help to reduce the appearance of fine lines caused by the elements. Our Breeze Into Summer facial is the Elemis Advanced Anti-ageing Facial. Our range of treatments has been created specifically for our spa and uses an exclusive combination of skills, natural products and equipment that you simply won’t find in any other location. Our spa consists of 7 treatment rooms that utilise sound and light to create the most soothing of environments.
The relaxation room has spectacular views over the cliff tops to Caldey Island and the ocean beyond. There is no doubt these stunning views will play a part in your escape to luxury. We have a wide range of treatments and therapies from International brands, including Elemis and Thalgo. Other brands include Jessica Nails, St Tropez Tanning, Coco Bay Tanning, PHD Waxing and Couleur Caramel Make-Up. We also stock products for these brands.
Clients of The Spa can use our Leisure Club facilities (swimming pool, infra-red sauna, bubble room hot-tub and fitness suite) at a cost of £5. The use of the Leisure Club is included Spa Days and Spa Overnight Packages.
