New Chef Daniel Treu joins Waves Restaurant team
Waves Restaurant has welcomed the arrival of a new sous chef, as silver service professional Daniel Treu comes aboard at the cliff-top restaurant.
Specialising in delivering first-class service and a fine dining experience, the majority of Daniel’s experience comes from working on the Frying Scotsman – a traditional Pullman style train and carriages that recreates an age where dining by train was deemed the height of sophistication.
This pedigree in delivering a refined dining experience made Daniel the prime candidate for a recent opportunity at Waves, with him bringing over a decade’s experience within the sector.
On his new position at Waves Restaurant, Daniel said: “I have a wide-ranging experience of cooking, from fast-paced environments to silver service fine dining and am excited to work at a restaurant with such a good reputation and that’s sat in such a beautiful corner of the country.
“David and the rest of the team have been exceptionally welcoming and I can’t wait to bring my ideas and skillset to the kitchen!”
